We take pride in helping people create high-quality housing on a small footprint that is truly liveable.
Our Tiny House Factories are located in Wanaka, Otago, and near Nelson, Tasman. We build for the South Island climate, snow loads, extreme wind conditions, cold and heat, mostly exceeding the New Zealand Building Code for residential dwellings for insulation, structural stability, and healthy living. We build small but perfectly comfortable and beautiful transportable homes, single and double storey designs.
We ship Tiny Homes to customers all over the South Island.

We work with you to customize one of our designs to your requirements, or if you have an idea for a personal design, we have our own in-house designer to help you visualize your dream.

We build every home at our purpose-built, covered Tiny Home Factory. Our experienced team of builders ensures outstanding quality, with each home built to NZ Building Code standards.
